DEAR GOD!

Dear God, why doth it seem you are not able to save?
Why doth it seem the Heavens are closed?
Why have I called and received no answer?
Has the Lord forgotten me?

I cried out to God but He seems far away
Yet the creations are groaning,
Awaiting the manifestation of the sons of God
They look unto the sons for an escape route

In such a time as this, when it seems God is faraway
He is actually standing by saying I can hear you,
I see your tears and your cries have come to me,
I am able to and would love to save you

But I am sad and my heart is heavy for your ways are not right before me
You have forsaken my ways and gone after other gods
You have despised my statutes
And have refused to take heed unto my counsel

My hands are not short to save thee, says the Lord
Neither am I deaf to your cries and groaning
But your sins have cut you off from me
Thus making it impossible for you to witness my intervention

Turn to me and be saved, look to me and live
Be contrite and humble before me, repenting from your evil ways.
Let all that mention my name depart from iniquity
And they shall behold my wondrous works

Walk in my light and in the narrow path I have laid down
Lean not on your understanding, for it is limited in its scope
I am ever ready to help you, as long as you remain in my righteousness
Be ye separate and touch not the unclean thing

I have bought you with a price, my Precious Blood
And I desire to present you as a blameless and unspotted bride
Hence, maintain your purity and sanctification
And walk worthy of the new life whereunto you have been called.

Dearly Beloved, you have been bought with a price, the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ, hence, you owe your allegiance to Him. As ye have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so, walk ye in Him (Col. 2:6). Yield not yourself to iniquity for it will only cut you off from your Father and would give the enemy a leeway into your life. The seed of God is in you, hence, you have the ability to live a life that is above sin. Cultivate this seed by immersing yourself in the Word of God and having constant fellowship with the Holy Spirit.
