The Force called Fear

“Oh, no you can’t do it”! screams my thought loudly to me.
You would certainly fail at it, so, it’s best you do not even attempt it in the first place.
What will people say or think, if I fail at this endeavor?
I had better keep quiet as I am not sure my words would make any sense.

Fear! in action

Will I be able to get this job done successfully?
Am I capable of leading this people rightly?
Will God hear and answer my prayer?
Would I be successful in this relationship?

Fear manifests in various shades and dimensions.
However, it has just one goal
To hinder you from experiencing the fullness of life in God
To rob you of maximizing the potentials locked up inside you.

The Holy Writ has this to say about Fear;
It has torment and is crippling (1 John 4:18b)
It makes a man in whom is vested the authority to dominate, to live as a slave
It incapacitates a man and keeps him in his comfort zone.

Fear robs a man of an innovative mindset
It shuts the mind against the door of creativity
It screams “incompetence!!!” to a competent mind
It chases a man who has potentials to offer the world, into solitude

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].

2 Timothy 1:7

SAY NO TO FEAR! STAND VEHEMENTLY AGAINST IT WITH THE WORD OF GOD
Don’t let it have a hold on your life, command it to leave your space
God has called you into freedom, dominion and relationship with Him
Take His hands and trust him to be with you through whatever life brings your way

Say no to Fear!

Even when you don’t know how things will go, take a step of Faith and trust in your Maker.
Don’t let the devil have the best of you, rather allow your best to manifest to the world
Your life is meant to fulfil the writings in the volume of the book written concerning you
Arise, shine, for your light is come, and you need to reveal the glory of the Lord upon you!
